Trailer Rental at U-Haul

Horrible service with uhaul, I will never use again or recommend. Less then 24 hours prior they advised what I reserved was not available. Then they changed my pick up location twice via text, no phone call. Upon picking up was advised the dolly and blankets o requested were not available. So frustrating. Then was told I could not return the truck to location I chose online, but had to select a new one. Closest was 13 miles away. I selected due to no choice, phone returning was advise I only had 30 miles and exceeding by 26. First I was never advised a mile restriction, then they made me go further away. Was forced to pay over $100 in mileage. Will never recommend, cheaper to hiring a moving company.

Better rates and the miles need to be unlimited. Ya charge for everything and that’s just crazy ya the site it say I will only have to pay 45 plus tax 50 get there am paying more because of miles like that crazy last time I rent from UhAul .
