Trailer Rental at U-Haul

This is my go-to place first pick every time I don't care what side of town I'm on always come here, good people good service you in and out the product is always in tip top shape never had a problem out of it if you need the rent something come here guaranteed to get your job done.

I reserved a cargo van online. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, we learn that the van is not available. We are offered the 10 foot truck at the same rate as the van, and we were also offered the $50 guarantee. We went out to the truck to find it blocked by another truck. Then, discovered that the mechanism to move the seat forward and back was broken and could only be moved with extreme force. By the time we were driving away, we had spent a total of 45 minutes! Not worth it, even with the $50 guarantee! Lastly, the check engine light was on, which makes us question if these vehicles are properly maintained. We won't be coming back.

Once I step inside the store, my overall needs were fully met with excellent customer service. Great team to work with. Thanks again for making my trip eventful. Highly recommend!!!
