Trailer Rental at U-Haul

The rental process was a bit cumbersome at its worst. The appliance dolly that was reserved was not available but we were instead given a regular dolly/straps at no charge! The return process was the most outstanding part. Just drive-in, drop off, agree to receiving your receipt by e-mail and basically just drive away.

The staff was professional and friendly. The location was busy when I arrived for my reservation and there were a couple of situations that would’ve frustrated a lot of people but the staff was patient and helpful with everyone. When it was my turn, they got me checked in, hooked up and on my way quickly. When I returned the trailer later that day, I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I’ve used this location a few times and definitely will return and recommend.
