Review:
Derick was AWESOME!!! We had rented a 26 foot U-Haul and quickly realized that was too big. He happily got us into a 20 foot U-Haul. He was so kind, upbeat, and fast! We are grateful for the customer service we received. In addition, U-Haul's communication leading up to the reservation was appreciated. We also enjoyed the app!
