Trailer Rental at U-Haul

Great team. Great support from the manager, April. We've rented 2x 26' trucks, a trailer and 3x storage areas with minimal friction along the way. We'd gladly use them again.

This store manager sucks! Having one person working the first weekend of the month. The poor kid working was swamped. We waited 45 minutes for help. When we were finally helped the store was packed with people waiting. However there really is much of an option in Winona. The storage facility and rents equipment are clean. Clayton was friendly and hardworking even when being faced with a store full of upset customers and a never ending ringing phone. Too bad his store manager wasn’t there to help him out. Nope she called him to find out why he was slow. It was the worst experience we’ve ever encountered with U-Haul.
