Trailer Rental at U-Haul

Do not rent anything from this UHAUL location ---> 1510 Torrence Ave
Calumet City IL 60409!!! They have the absolute worst Customer Service I've ever experienced simply renting a truck. The young lady there has an extremely nasty attitude. Myself and a few other customers that were in line with me all felt the same talking amongst each other. They should have an option for no stars.

Everything went smoothly at the pick up location as well at the drop off location. Thank you so much.

Big shout out to Jessica for being so amazing and helping me through my process. I love her personality and great sense of humor. She is very informative and helpful to EVERYONE. When it was busy she literally was helping multiple people at once. She is more than a great asset to U-Haul. She deserves a raise ! Also, send Jessica some help she can’t do it all by herself. Thanks so much Jessica !

I love this location and the staff everyone is very respectful and have good costumer service. they get you in and out quick and fast, and Jessica is the best I recommend this Lansing location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quick pick-up, in and out, after doing reservation on line. Friendly and patient counter assistant. Truck was clean and air conditioning was great! It got sooooo cold so fast, we had to turn it down! My only concern: Not having a view of what is directly behind you when backing up. Other than that, everything everything went smoothly. Thank you, U-Haul! ?
