Review:

COCKROACHES!!!! We rented a 26 ft trailer from this location and ended up with cockroaches. We've never had cockroaches before or any other kind of bug. Stay super far away from here. Their response is, we didn't think to take photos of them inside the trailer so it's not their problem. Everything we have, boxes included, came from their location. We will never again use uhual again! Stay away, far away!!!

Review:

Both employees who helped at pickup and drop off were very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the hookup of the car hauler we rented. Very impressed with customer service we received.
