Trailer Rental at U-Haul

The truck check engine light was on. The truck shook the whole trip. Wasn’t able to get a switch out. I had to fill up the truck ever hour and a half. It was the worst driving experience with uhail.

The staff at this location went above and beyond.
One staff member was rushing to leave and forgot to charge me for a trailer even tho when he gave me my price it was as if the trailer was included. So I had to pay more unexpectedly for a trailer.

The manager whose birthday just passed(I remember that but not his name and another staff sssisted me with getting my car and the resister hooked up. They gave me driving with a trailer tips. Them they went above and beyond to accommodate and help me.

Very disappointed in the lack of quality trucks tho. I was literally scared the truck would cut off on me the whole time. Roadside assistance told me they couldn’t switch out the truck based solely on the check engine light and shaking if the truck .
