Trailer Rental at U-Haul

The young guys were super friendly, super helpful, and reassuring my experience with the trailer I rented. I moved into my neighborhood 27 years ago; I and always used this awesome U-Haul location. Now, i'm older and moving on to greener pastures and away from the keg-like lifestyle. I will miss the nearly 3 decades of help from this UHaul location. Always a reliable team!

Park them so they can be pulled out without having to get out and move mirrors. Have equipment loaded. Charge for the correct amount… no dolly… remove the charge. Was my worst experience by far. 0/10

Started reservation self-service through website, but final step required getting keys from staff and there was only 1 staff member, so I had to wait while staff helped another customer before me complete checkout, then could not find keys to my vehicle. Swapped reservation, but I never received new link via text, so had to come back in; staff was busy with another customer so I had to wait YET AGAIN for staff to help another customer go through their whole checkout process. What is the point of even having self-service if your facilities can only help a single person at a time? And multiple points in the checkout process require waiting on the staff? Vehicle was fine for moving, but was not well maintained: armrest, visor, and other parts of cabin were falling apart.
