Trailer Rental at U-Haul

Waited half an hour to have an employee finally come to the register to help us with our booking - no employee was at the desk for that long. Finally when they came to help us, it turned out that there was no truck available even though we reserved one. Employee made a call and told us to wait “15 minutes” for a truck to come. By the time we got the truck, it was one hour past the reservation. After an employee “cleaned” the truck, we received it, and there was spilled cat food all over the back and it smelled like cat pee. We even took a picture of it. Not a pleasant experience.
