The reason why I gave a five-star rating is as follows:
The first time I met Donna and her husband; Donna welcomed me with open arms and her husband was awesome. They explained everything step by step and made me feel comfortable, when doing that. They informed me that I would have no worries and that they will take care of everything. I didn't have to lift a figure. (This was at my apartment that I was moving from)
Then came the day of my move which was on February 1st, the first thing, her employees came on time, I met 3 awesome men, very friendly, and well organized, they sure knew what they were doing. Then Donna arrived and again she welcomed me with open arms, and I met the rest of her team, they also were so organized everyone had their own job that they had to do to make this move easy. Donna then informed me to meet her at my new apartment. When she and her team arrived, they all got started, putting my apartment together, what a great job they did, again I didn't have to lift a figure. Donna and her husband left, there were two girls left, finishing up, what they left me on my bed, was a swan made with two of my bath towels, it was so creative.
I want to say thank you very much, to you and your whole team for doing such a fantastic job, In the future, if I need to move again, I will definitely call you.

Tranquil Transitions moved my parents from their independent apartment to assisted living. Upon arrival, they set up everything to look as much like their previous apartment as possible (despite the smaller footprint). This made a scary transition much more welcoming for both of them. They did a great job and made it much easier on the family who all live out of state.

down with Donna and Neil to discuss my needs, to the packing team (Paris and Cynthia) to the actual moving team was professional and engaged. Everyone worked together and took excellent care of my furniture and belongings. Thanks to Donna's preplanning the furniture that I wàs taking from a 3 bedroom house to a one bedroom apartment was in place and ready for use when I arrived. They also arranged for me to meet with an auctioneer for the sale and disposition of the rest of my goods.
