Transdimensional Moving

So happy we went with Transdimensional Moving! The team was prompt, friendly and highly skilled - our move was not an easy task, with two apartments to empty and one end destination, in one afternoon. We truly could not have gotten through it without them - and they went above and beyond! I would recommend their service again in a heartbeat.

I used Transdimensional Moving for my big move on 2/15/25 and from start to finish, it was a wonderful experience and the least stressful part of the moving process. In late November/early December, I had reached out for a quote and was connected to Paul who helped me go over my inventory over the phone. I was also able to take and share pictures of my rooms to get a more accurate quote (rather than trying to describe weirdly shaped items and furniture).

Even though my closing date kept getting delayed, and I kept changing my mind about which furniture I was keeping to move with, Paul was always understanding over phone and text for the two months leading up to the move and would adjust my quote accordingly. They were also very transparent that the quotes were on the higher end because they want to ensure no surprise extra charges day-of; this worked out great because by the time I actually finished packing, I had much more boxes and bags that originally quoted for. I also had some items I wasn't sure how to pack, but Paul assured me that they can do that for a very small ($15 or so) extra charge to cover cost of packing materials.

Day of the move, Vic, Joe, Jade, and S were the crew who came over. They expertly packed my misc. dishes, glassware, and art that I was not confident packing myself and used my packing supplies so that I would not get charged extra for supplies used. They even packed and moved items I hadn't gotten around to doing and was planning on just taking separately myself. Ultimately, you are only charged for real time labor and any of their supplies used, so if doesn't take more time than the quote, or if you have leftover packing supplies for them to use, you will still be paying less!

I am so glad that I did not have to stress about packing everything in advance or getting charged extra for every additional box I had compared to the quote. I was also nervous because I live in an area of narrow single lanes, double parking, and no parking stretches, but they drove the truck and fit it perfectly into the spots available. Throughout every step, I was impressed! Thank you, Transdimensional Moving!!!

I’ve used Transdimensional Moving twice now and I always recommend them to friends who are looking for professional, organized, and trusting movers. Will use them again for sure!

Thoughtful, honest, hardworking folks who made my partner and I feel well taken care throughout the whole moving process. Even when we had a late-breaking scheduling mix up on the admin side, our moving crew captain Gabe worked it out with me over text the night before our big move — and then the crew showed up calm and ready to go the next morning. I hope to never have to move out of a fourth floor walk up again, but if I did, I'd call TDM again without hesitation!

The inventory portal can be a little tricky, but I'll put that on the tech. (And if you need help, being able to text and call during business hours is great.)
