They communicated every step we took to complete this move-out, smoothly. They answered all my questions clearly. Keaton, our quality coordinator, promptly made the phone calls to ensure that our things are correctly accounted for. Alfonso and Roque, two of our moving coordinators, were easy to reach.

The three men worked very hard, and took time to wrap everything, before put on the truck. They also did a good job, putting stuff back together, and set up where we wanted it. Highly recommend to use them in your moving experience.

The entire process was smooth and efficient, and they were very respectful of my time. Jeffrey also went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the move. I highly recommend Jeffrey and his team to anyone looking for a stress-free moving experience!

Please read the 1 star reviews reguarding Transit Moving Systems I made the mistake of not doing so and there are MANY. Initially they gain your trust by catering to your initial call as any normal bussiness would and beginning rates will be competitive but nothing will be in writing or signed. Transit will show up on day of move and somehow it'll take longer than expected and your move will go into the night which means time is out, and your price will DOUBLE or Transit will keep your moving posessions overnight due to timing out and when they return the next day to unload your cost will have doubled or according one their 1 star reviews your cost may TRIPPLE.
This method of doing bussiness is called bait and switch and it's illegal, I am seriously contemplating taking them to small claims court which will cost me even more but they keep getting away with this crap and someone needs to fight back.

You’re right our home is beautiful no thanks to Transit Moving Systems even now after writing a very tampered down review it could’ve been far worse, instead of remorse or an sincere apology Transit is admitting to taking unauthorized photos taken by sub contractors of unwrapped unassembled bedding and furniture you guys have zero shame and take the unauthorized photos down before I force you to take them down. Please pay attention to what these people are saying they are HORRIBLE people.
They have just as many 1 star reviews as they have 5 star reviews and hardly anything in between no mortals, no ethics & no shame AVOID THIS COMPANY. They’ve been pulling this scam for along time READ THE 1 star reviews they’re hundreds of them and all saying the same things. READ THE 1 star reviews!

So you all keep the personal belongings of your clients when they move? And then charge them an unreasonable amount DAILY for THEIR things? That doesn’t sound like a reputable business practice to me. How can your business “Transit Moving Systems” when their has been no transit, no completion of moving, and no system during the job?

1. Thank you for addressing names. That lets me know that you are aware of the situation.

2. No one said we are looking for a positive outcome. We are looking for a resolution and gathering evidence. So again, thank you for #1

3. Are the statements false? Are you or are you not holding the personal belongings of others?

4. You failed to Google search the defense of libel, which is truth. AND the burden of proof is not up to us.

Moral of the story- pick your battles… and this may not be the “smoke” you’re searching for.
