After searching all over for someone to ship my mattress from the West Coast to East Coast for me, came across TSI. Spoke to Steve who was extremely helpful with my very limited pickup timeframe. Mattress arrived in exact condition it was picked up in. Will definitely use TSI again for any shipping needs!

I used TSI for a small move from New Jersey to California, and I could not recommend their services more. From the first time I found them on Google to ultimately having my boxes arrive in California, the service was highly professional, reliable, and fairly priced. My boxes shipped in the expected timeframe, and were undamaged. If I had a question, they were attentive to emails and phone calls, and all around, very hands on in the process. If you are considering a small move of any sort, definitely consider using TSI and you won't be disappointed!

I'm very happy with TSI. Their customer service was excellent. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The pick up and delivery of 2 pieces of antique furniture went smoothly and without any damage to the 2 pieces we sent. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them to others.

I needed to ship four big rubbermaid storage bins and an end table from NM to CA and struggled with finding a solution. Too much to go through the mail and too small to go via traditional moving company. TSI proved to be perfect. I wasn't in a rush, so their estimate of 2-4 weeks to pickup (and then another 2-4 weeks for drop off) worked fine. And they ended up being on the 2 weeks in that timeframe! Everyone I spoke too was friendly and professional and I will be recommending them to anyone that has a similar sized move!
