Transitional Design Services

Today 2/7/24 after bidding and buying several items for my new home in the old Historic area of Goodyear Heights in Akron I was Blessed with two extremely hard working young men Zack and Mike who just never stopped. After picking up items from the Gallery We stopped in North Royalton and North Ridgeville picking up more items from some real Beautiful Homes! I never had any better Movers in all of my 75 Years! It was a Wonderful experience & God Bless Zack and Mike Thank You!

We had Transitional Design move us from our 4,500 sq ft home to a 3,800 sq ft home. They were very helpful in downsizing entire rooms and items by selling them in their store and online auctions. We had Sue and Michelle pack very fragile crystal and dishes and not a one was lost or damaged. For the move we had Dillon, John, Gary and Quevon (two more guys for the second afternoon) who were extremely professional, hardworking, polite and caring about our possessions. It rained the entire time for the unload. They covered all floors with protective materials. They placed everything where we wanted and gave helpful suggestions on tight configurations. We would use them again and highly recommend them.

Transitional Designs is a fantastic service! They make moving my elderly parents stress and problem free for both my parents and me. Their employees are courteous, respectful, and always willing to 'go the extra mile' in whatever we need. I would highly recommend Transitional Design Services. I have had the pleasure of using them for several moves with my parents and I'm always amazed at the professionalism and integrity of this company. The store continuously offers a unique selection of items, from tabletop decor to full suites of furniture for any given room. Stop in often, for items are always changing and sell quickly when put on display!

If you enjoy a spirited competitive environment, which often transpires, while looking for a potential bargain… be sure to check out the online auctions! There are always unique and interesting items posted, and you would be surprised at how many individuals participate! (Be certain to stop by the store to check out what you might be interested in… for all items are “as is”… which you would expect in an auction environment).

As with many establishments, who sell items which don’t readily fit in your car, a delivery service is available. I have personally utilized this service on a number of occasions- and have been more than impressed with: the manner which items have been wrapped prior to arrival, the timeliness of deliveries and, of equal importance, the professionalism of the delivery persons.

Last, however; not least is the incredible team of sales professionals who are on site to assist clients with every need. Whether it be answering questions on brands, assisting with measurements, offering their professional opinion on things from clothing choices to furniture groupings - their customer service skills are unsurpassed.
