My family and I just completed a cross-country move with Transparent Moving, and we couldn't be happier. Not only did they handle our belongings with care, but they also went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had a few last-minute changes to our schedule, and Transparent Moving adapted seamlessly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their business.

Don't get the insurance (W K Webster Overseas)! Transparent was fine, friendly, helpful overall, and the price was better than a couple others I called. But when something was damaged during an international move, the insurance did not replace or repair, per the terms of the contract, they only tried to settle with $ to repair something that cannot be repaired. Litigating in NY, the venue named in the contract, was not worth it. They probably knew that...

I had a great experience moving locally from North Hollywood to Westlake Village (thousand oaks). I had 4 movers: George, filip, Roman, and Danny. They wrapped all my furniture in moving pads. My items were disassembled and reassembled. Nothing broke and they worked fast. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional local movers!

They were punctual and communicative, and the value was spot on. I have used other moving companies in the past that have done okay, but Transparent Moving really did a tremendous job.

Based on my experience, I’d happily recommend them. I had to move my parents on short notice, and I don't think we could have done the move without them.
