Transport Moving & Storage Inc

I used Transport Moving and Storage to move the contents of a 1400 square foot house. They came and looked at the contents and give me a quote stating a 'worst case' number. This meant at the most they would charge me the number they quoted. When I received my credit card bill they had charged an addition $330 with no communication. They have refused to credit the over charge.

I needed 13 pieces of furniture move, both from my second floor to the basement and some from the basement to the second floor. Most of the pieces were very heavy. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and two very nice men arrived on Monday. They were here for four and a half hours..... up and down stairs with all the furniture. Even dismantled and set up a queen size bed. They never complained and never stopped to rest. I can't say enough nice things about the two of them and the owner, Jeff. A real pleasure to work with. I would use them again whenever necessary and highly recommend them.
