A+ for TRANSTAR! We have a complicated shipping of the contents of a 2000-square foot house that will eventually be shipped to Scotland. I'll start with my first contact with TRANSTAR MOVING SYSTEMS.

I contacted Scot Davis, head of sales. With clarity and zero stress Scot explained how it all works and we were ready to schedule that day.

 We were in touch multiple times about various details until the day of the move. At 8:00 AM Scott and Matthew arrived to pack all the art, mirrors and smaller pieces of furniture. I could see that their method will protect these items all the way to the UK.

The next day Scott and Matthew were joined by John, Kyle, and George. After a walkthrough the packing began. John recommended first wrapping rather than draping blankets. EVERYTHING was carefully wrapped in packing paper and sealed with heavy duty stretch film. It went so incredibly well. The team were fantastic, very profession, and fun to be with. It was no small thing to know we were in good hands in the midst of a usually very stressful undertaking.

Everything was delivered to CUBESMART storage at the pier. Later in the year, TRANSTAR will ship our belongings to Scotland, and we have every confidence that the experience will be just as smooth. I can’t thank TRANSTAR enough and look forward to them shipping our belongings abroad.
