We used Trek out of San Jose to move my brother's 1 bedroom apartment furniture from a storage unit to an assisted living facility. The initial conversation with Arthur was professional and he clearly stated the process as well as the cost of the move. The day of the move, Alex and Shax arrived on time and Alex reviewed the items to be moved, confirming the agreement made with Arthur. Both gentlemen were professional and very efficient. The loading was done quickly, yet carefully. The entire process took the expected amount of time and all items arrived in perfect condition. Alex and Shax made the entire process smooth and less stressful which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely use Trek movers again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service through and through.

I’ve written maybe 3 Google reviews ever, but I have to share because l chose Trek due to stellar reviews and my experience was…. not that. The guys who packed up our house were polite but sloppy, asked over and over “if this is coming” —yes, we’re moving out of the house, everything is coming— and took probably 30% longer than appropriate, likely due to the frequent smoking breaks that also dragged odors into my home.

Fine, our stuff got to the final destination safe and sound, right? Well, these men unpacking, while also kind, seemed rushed and tried to cut corners at every turn. They tried to leave several times before finding key items like the screws to our bed frame and our dresser legs. They suggested we order them from the manufacturer because we couldn’t find them. They repeatedly said their boss told them they need to go now, sorry, and I did have to push and say no, the job is not done, please keep looking. They eventually found the screws and finished the job. Still, the rest of the unpacking was rushed and sloppily done.

I am really disappointed and unfortunately would not suggest hiring this company. Two stars because nothing broke and timeline was accurate.
