I had a very large delivery of cabinets - over 20 boxes, all very heavy and bulky. Omar and Jonathan had to park at the street (snow and steep driveway prohibited them from driving up) and they hand-carted everything up, and muscled it into the house like superheroes. They worked non-stop for over an hour to get the job done and were extremely careful with the delivery items and my home. I was very impressed by their work ethic, and they were just generally nice, friendly people, which is always a plus. I hope the company can reward them with a spa day. They deserve it.

It turns out this company only gives their team a half hour to an hour to set up apparently a very complicated four-piece bedroom set. After that, they're expected to leave the rest for the customers to finish—setting up the remaining pieces and handling the trash—all after paying for white glove service. While overhearing a conversation between one of the higher-ups and one of the guys assembling my furniture, I learned it was past the hour, and they were basically told to wrap it up and move on. However, I couldn’t be more grateful that the two men assembling my furniture stood their ground. They explained the situation to their supervisor, mentioning that they wouldn’t leave until the job was done.

I’m almost seven months pregnant and have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for over a month, with my husband away on business halfway across the country. These two guys, Jake and Dylan, went above and beyond, staying for nearly three hours to finish assembling everything. They made sure everything was safe, secure, and perfectly arranged where I wanted it. Jake and Dylan, you both truly exceeded expectations, and I can’t thank you enough for your hard work and dedication.
