Just recently moved from our apartment in Derry to Merrimack. Sergio and Noah were great. They showed up on time and were very friendly. They wrapped up the furniture and were careful with everything. It was very cold and there was snow on the ground which made the moving conditions tough. Saw them slip on the truck ramp a couple times. Yet they never complained and worked together to make the moving process as easy as it could go. They even made an extra stop to our storage unit to drop off our old washer and dryer. They even stacked the dryer on top of the washer no issue just the two of them. Wow. ?. They were great putting the furniture and rugs where we wanted them. The moving process sucks overall. You don’t realize how much stuff you have until you move and it’s overwhelming and daunting. After this great experience I will never move without hiring professional movers. Worth every penny. You’d be crazy to move without hiring someone. Trend Moving with Sergio and Noah made the process a lot easier and made the move day go as easy as it could have. I definitely recommend this company and will use them the next time we move. Sergio and Noah were great and a pleasure to work with.

Trend Moving delivered a refrigerator that I bought from Barons Appliance. The movers were terrible…they scratched my hardwood floors in kitchen. I spoke with Barons, and Matt at Trend. Even though the movers, wrote on the delivery papers that they did indeed scratch the floor, Matt initially tried to tell me that it wasn’t their fault. This delivery was in May 2024….i have repeatedly called Matt for a solution and am told he will call me back. Well it is now February 2025 and still haven’t heard from him. I am very disappointed with Trend and Barons!
