Este Negocio es muy Profesional!!!!. Yo no hablo ingles yo llame, le pasaron el telefono a un señor que se llama Miguel, Una persona muy amable.Le explique lo que necesitaba hacer y me ayudo mucho en todo, estoy muy agradecida por su servicio.

I should’ve listened to the other reviews before booking with this company… The owner of the company is extremely rude and unprofessional… my daughters crib has a big nick on it, and they broke our bed frame without even offering to fix it.. we had to go to Lowe’s and get the materials to fix it. Scuffs on our walls.

Refused to take our boxes because they said extra large on them and not large, even though they were not full to the top.

Never again. Stay far away.

Another customer with a terrible experience, Vince, The manager or the owner of Tri-state one rate movers was unprofessional and a money hungry person, he will make all problems so you pay him in cash, I think he is an expert of doing that. The ordeal ended up by calling the police to make him deliver our furniture. They damaged our furniture, did not know how to move the big sofa, even his workers told him you cannot move the stuff this way. I gave him the cash and asked them to leave.
I called another co. “Franks Movers” to move the furniture within mu house.

Tri-State One Rate Movers truly takes the stress out of moving. There staff and services are amazing. The only difference there is between the high end companies and Tri-State One Rate is the higher rates offered by high end companies.
