Cathy, the Tristate contact who helped me check in my Uhaul, was rude, arrogant, and dismissive. She over charged me on petty expenses that had already been discussed and excused at the Uhaul location i picked up the vehicle at. She was unwilling to hear me out and more than eager to collect the 30 extra dollars from me. STAY AWAY. You will be treated unfairly!

Rented screed that wasn’t properly assembled. Screws fell out after 4ft. Owner said it was my fault for not using correctly and charged more since I didn’t bring it back the same day. Tech support says needs tightened with pipe wrenches and screws shouldn’t fall out. Tried calling back 3times that day and no one would answer.
