Very simple to set up, reasonable prices, customer service was great. Much better than I had hoped for. I would definitely recommend.

The unit upon arrival was not as clean/pest free as advertised. Really should allow you to view units prior to rental as the recommended size for what I have to store barely fit everything and it is stacked almost to the ceiling. Rental process was easy and the app is useful but definitely could be cleaner for new tenants.

UPDATE: Tri Village called and offered me a new unit to correct the situation. Upgraded to 4 star for their effort and care.

I was unsure of how to proceed with all this information. However, everyone I talked to were very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate the time everyone took to walk me through this experience. Thank you so much.
