I called the company and they came out the next day to give me an estimate. I was very pleased with the guys they sent out. They were very professional and friendly.

I would definitely use them if I moved again.
The truck was packed great nothing moved in the drive to our new home.

Fantastic experience with Triangle Moving Service. The crew was experienced, efficient, careful, and friendly throughout the whole process: packing, loading, and unloading. The estimate I was quoted at the beginning was accurate; there were no surprises when it came time for payment. Highly recommend.

This was the most horrible experience of my life! They sent 3 guys to perform the move who were extremely unprofessional and rude!!!. They took 16 hours to perform the move when the estimate given by the appraiser said 9. To make the 16 hours I had to elicit the assistance of friends. To make matters worse I spoke the the owner regarding the perceived shakedown and the owner at that time attempted to hold my furniture hostage. This was by far the WORSE customer service ever. I will not be referring anyone I know to these guys. In addition I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the American Moving and Storage Association. The adage 'Buyer Beware' was definitely our experience
