Triple 7 Movers of Texas

This move is being done for a friend. I used Triple 7 movers back in November '24 and recommended them for this move. I am so glad that I did and that she used them. Shane and Austin were GREAT. They both were very personable and professional. The steps they take to care for your items is much appreciated. Thank you triple 7, I will be recommending again.

I was very unhappy with 777 movers. I kept putting off a review because I hate giving negative reviews. I have move moved many times over the last 40 years, (for work and for personal reasons), and my experience with 777 movers was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. I moved in Aug of 2024 the damage caused by the moved was worse than all the others combined. Worse, was trying to get help from their customer service in an attempt to at least get something fixed was terrible. It took multiple phone calls to get anyone to call back. After multiple attempts to talk to someone, I finally got to file a claim with and was then told it would be 60 days before they gave me a response and that I should not have anything fixed until after I heard from them. After 60 days and not hearing anything I called, only to be told 'it was 60 business days' so it would be sometime in December 2024. I just decided the heck with it and if they were going to do anything they would let me know. Today is the 24th of Feb, 2025 and I have never received a reply - not even a reply that they would not cover anything. I would urge you to not use this company for your move. Not only have they not even tried to fixed what they carelessly damaged but my in my opinion they cheated me on the cost of the move. I was told that there would be 3 movers to move us, but only two showed up. Also, when I talked to them I told them I had several large plants that needed to be moved, I was told that would not be a problem. When the movers came they told me that they couldn't move the plants 'because it was against the law' which is not true. As a result, I had to rent a uhaul to move the plants adding to the expense. Overall the move cost about $4500 + plus the cost of the U-haul. All of this after being told it would be about $2500. Overall I would not recommend triple 7 movers. I feel that not only did they cheat me and cause the move to be more expensive than necessary because they sent 2 instead of 3 men to move us and refusing to move things they should have moved, increasing the time and cost, but their customer service is terrible.

On a moving day, three professional and courteous movers arrived on time. Each one greeted me with a handshake and eye contact, making me feel safe and respected in my home as a single woman. Shane, the lead mover, walked me through the paperwork, showed me the tape they would use, and advised me on the best box for my artwork.
The efficiency of this team was unbelievable! They worked quickly yet carefully, handling everything with skill and precision. The biggest surprise? Shane told me that my belongings would be loaded onto the big 18-wheeler within 24 hours—a process I had expected to take weeks!
