Rebecca is so nice, she is very welcoming and explained everything to me step by step on my first visit, She also offered me muffins and a beverage on my first day of move in, I'm glad I picked this storage

Female employee upfront in a faded red top claimed restrooms were not public, two different employees allowed me to use the facilities before with absolutely no problems. First walked in and she was playing on her phone slowly looking up( blank expression on her face). Basically said no and buzzed the gates so I could walk out before she even finished her damn sentence.

Why are you not greeting people? You’re not smiling and you’re not making people feel welcomed especially with attitude.

Prices have gone up so we are moving to another unit.

This occurred on 1/19/24 around 3pm

I'm disabled and they took my reasonable accommodations in the form of RED LOCK w/o anything in writing....What's protocol..what's procedure....I don't know yet...how long Red Lock ..I only been a customer for 2 weeks and red locked...
P.S.
I've been RED Locked/ Red tagged or something to that effect... since after Thanksgiving..
My shipping has been delayed...etc
I have photos of the before and after concerning any complaint.
This is what I'm thinking the the issues are.
Please ? remove the Red Lock...
With that it's no reason to press forward.

Friends are x customers and current customers, all has raised an eyebrow...one even talk on my behalf...

The young Lady Rebecca I spoke with over the phone about prices on the storage selection was very polite and well versed! Great Customer Service.
