Japanese-level customer service!
I was helping my dad moving all day and upon walking into the office, the worker, Cesar offered me water or coffee. And as we left he gave me a water bottle 'for the road' (we were driving ~100 miles)
The U-Haul van wasn't squeaky new but was good still. When we returned the vehicle it turns out we went over our 100 mile limit and so the payment plan changed. He went over it thoroughly and gave us peace of mind that he wasn't doing anything shady.
He offered to look over the contract again with us. The best customer service I have ever received in the United States.
I'm wary of salesmen due to bad experiences with local gyms and dealerships (NWfitco is one of those gyms ?) so his professionalism, politeness, and willingness to reassure us was more than appreciated. Support this business.
