Stay away from them, contract says different price and they will increase the price without email or calls, price doubled and all they said is it is just a business. The guy over the phone who says he is the manager does not care about your concerns or questions. All they want is to squeeze as much money as possible if they know if you put smth difficult to remove from them. In my case I am keeping bed for pick up truck and cannot move for timebeing and they just taking advantage of that. I will do my best at any cost to take my item out asap and never do business with such companies.

This place is completely unethical! Beware, they tripled our storage rent in 2024 with less than one month notice. We are working on emptying our unit and we advise you do too!

Ever since Trojan Storage bought this facility from AAA Storage a couple of years ago, the rates have shot up exponentially.

Trojan Storage is the business of gouging the heck out of its customers and if you don’t like it, then move your stuff out of these storage units. They have frequent rate increases with only a month’s notice. These guys are in the category of loan sharks, and the FTC should come down on them and arrest them all. Avoid using this company at all costs!
