People here are great!! When i sign up they promised to give enough advance notice on rate increases. They suddenly increased the rates by 25% with less than a month notice! I see almost all of the recent reviews are based on the same fact. I felt back stabbed because of unprofessionally rate increases.

They need to understand that everyone is working hard to make their living. Increased rates 3 time more than the inflation rates is unreasonable!

Reached out to support on email as the reply suggested 3 days ago and have yet to even receive an acknowledgement. Certainly no resolution or seeming intention to.

Quite enjoyed the facility and the initial service, but over a period of 1 year the rate went up by 50%. Started at $250 / month for a larger unit. Within 6 months went up to $295 and now I got notice that it’s $370.

I was clear that I was seeking a long term arrangement from day 1 and was willing to sign a multi year term. Narrative I got was, “while we don’t sign long term deals, we don’t change rates very much or very frequently at all.”

Disappointing.
