They will charge anything they want. My base rent went from $100 in May 2023 to $115 in January 2024 and now they increased to $150 July 2024 with NO notice. They will continue to increase and do whatever they want. Do NOT rent here. The manager is really kind and understanding but the company is shady and a SCAM!

First off, let me say that the staff is great and I initially liked this place.

Our rate went up from $90 to $105 after a few months of being there. That was fine and we understood due to inflation. However not only 4 months later, our rate went up from $105 to $135. So after a whole year of having this storage unit, our rate went up by $45…literally 50% from where we started. I understand little increases but THIS much? Absolutely not.

Oh and the BEST part is that they didn’t send us any notice. We only found out because we happened to go to the office during a storage visit. LESS THAN TWO WEEKS before our next payment.

I also have tried calling their customer service line multiple times and on different days, and it always says “no one is available.” How convenient.

Nancy is a Rockstar! Very helpful and courteous , highly recommended!

Nancy and staff were truly wonderful. That said this is NOT a safe place to store your vehicle. We were vandalized twice in four months. Many rv’s have been broken into. A plumber lost all his tools. A non-functional vehicle was even towed off the lot. This place is a target despite security cameras and lights. They also only have a duty to notify you if YOUR vehicle is damaged. So beware if you are already parked here
