Good question. They never bothered to return my email or voicemail.

Great experience with this company. Promptly returned my call and scheduled an estimate. The 2 movers went above and beyond to move my furniture to the third floor without an elevator. Very satisfied with their service.

Basically refused to move my safe where requested. Convinced my wife it was not possible and would be to hard. I’d like to note, I’ve had this safe moved 4 times to different homes and it has never been an issue.

Called a few times and the owner said he would send a crew back. He has yet to schedule it after me following up 2 times. It’s now been almost 3 months of waiting.

We requested a 1 day move and we’re told at 2pm that they would be returning the next day to finish, after starting at 930am. We then got charged extra for drive time both days and the very rude office lady blamed my wife.

This is the 6th house I’ve purchased and moved into. By far the worst customer experience I have had from any moving company.
