Great people and i definitely be using there moving company again. Best movers in Utah.

Love the workers very hard working and fast and most importantly they treat your furniture like it’s their own.

I was torn on how many stars to leave because ultimately I was unhappy. I hired these guys for labor only. The move was in the same home.

First, I was quoted $149 for 3 movers, and a $50 travel fee. We have a gun safe, around 300 lbs, that I was upfront about in the quote. At the end of the day, they charged me an extra $110 for moving the gun safe which was not disclosed or agreed to in the beginning.

Second, I was given an arrival time between 1-3pm and they did not show up until 5pm.

Third, they damaged the walls and door at the bottom of my stairs. Scratches, dents, etc. They had 2 options, to walk things out the front door, around the house, and through the basement door. This would have avoided stairs and damage. I mentioned going around the house probably 5 times while they were here and they only utilized that option for a couch and the gun safe. They got stuck on the tight turn at the bottom of the stairs several times. Which is what caused all the damage.

Fourth, I felt like they took longer than they should have. We were moving a living room and 2 bedrooms from upstairs to downstairs, and vise versa. Everything was taken apart for them. Before they started I spoke to them twice about the best option being to move the upstairs items out to the driveway first. I talked to them about this before they arrived and after they arrived. This way they could take everything downstairs to the correct rooms without things getting in the way. After that, they could take the stuff from the driveway downstairs. They did not do this. They brought things up/down randomly, placing them all over and basically played Tetris. This added time because then when they finally moved everything they had to re-arrange and put everything in correct room. They also didn't do everything asked before they told me they were finishing and ready for me to sign. Many times I said everything in the little girls room had to be moved up stairs, yet they only moved the bed and dresser and left the rest.

They did have a 4th person show up to help which I assume was because they arrived late, which was a benefit but didn't make up for everything in the end.
