Review:

(Keep in mind this is my go to location and usually LOVE IT there. But something needs to change.)

Instant problem with the truck rented. It was night time and I immediately called the location. I was placed on hold for an hour before I hung up and would call again the next day. Late morning the next day I called and was told to just “call roadside”. Useless. Which I did. And again they confirmed there was problems. I then was spoken to nastily on the phone by the location manager as if it was my fault their truck was not right. So I said just give me a discount at least. Promised a one day discount.
Returned the truck 1.5 hours before due on Sunday and the place closed early. Tried checking in my truck online which was not working. As well as saw my “bill” which was NOT WHAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY. Proceeded to call Uhaul customer service which could not help. Then the last straw was my storage unit was locked. Supposedly it was “found unlocked”. Now i was stuck with no where to put my stuff or transport. So I call one of the managers of Uhaul that works at multiple locations who is a “mutual friend”. She graciously comes to assist me with unlocking my unit and tells me to send her the pictures of the truck I dropped off so I don’t get overcharged as well as remind her about my discount for my bill to be fixed and my reservation for MY THIRD STORAGE UNIT IM ABOUT TO RENT. My sister was there to hear the whole thing. Next day I see my bill from Uhaul and message an image of it to her (like she told me to do) as well as told her I was charged for stuff I’m not suppose to. Shortly later I get a NASTY TEXT from an unknown and non respond-able number from who I know is the store manager nastily telling me “not to be messaging her personal staff” and more. I respond with who is this and what are you talking about? Then I get just a program Uhaul response. Then I knew. AGAIN I DID WHAT I WAS TOLD TO DO (with a witness there) AND MY BILL DID NOT GET FIXED. I am a frequent Uhaul renter. Spent over 500 just this month and now I don’t think they should be in business with how they treat customers. The manager needs to take a course in customer service or work somewhere she enjoys. I let my first BAD experience go from there and dismissed it as “it happens”. Now this. Completely unacceptable and childish.
