your walker call Ashley. She’s very rude. She doesn’t know how to speak to customers. I don’t think she’s the one that own this business she’s going to mess up your business.

Absolutely deplorable service - if I could give this place a zero stars I would! We had our reservations made for a week and uhauls entire system went down this morning which didn’t allow us to rent the truck. Instead of trying to find a resolution or alternative - we were given absolute attitude and no wiggle room but told to “just go home and wait for me to call.” I understand there are some things that are out of everyone’s control but the blatant disrespect and attitude we got when we pulled up to pick up the rental was uncalled for. (Also - when the internet is down - uhaul does NOT have a paper trail as a backup plan - we asked) We ended up renting for Penske right down the road for half the cost. They were very nice to work with and found us something in the similar size we wanted for the day. Please beware of this establishment not working with you to find anyyyy type of resolution!
