Truck Rental at U-Haul

There is no parking for you if you rent a truck for a meaningful amount of time. It's all 15min parking. I parked in the only spot not labeled as such by the doors and was asked to move. This location is basically under a freeway and that's where i was directed to park. Not exactly the safest place to get your car in the dark.

I had a 9am appt. on Sun. I was waiting in my vehicle for doors to open and suddenly my SUV was bouncing. One of your guys was talking to another about hitches and was stepping or jumping on mine to demonstrate a point.

They pointed me to a truck and walked away with that cardboard sign still in the windshield. The dude acted annoyed when I asked him to repeat which truck was mine when the first time he said it with food in his mouth facing the other direction, like it was my hearing that was the issue or that I was being rude asking for clarification.

Also there was no explanation that the location closed before my scheduled return time. We clearly said 7pm a few times during the interaction. At no time did anyone show me where and how after hours drop off works. We figured it out but, really?

Very clean facility. Staff was friendly and efficient. Large inventory of boxes and other packaging materials. Large fleet of on site rental vehicles.
