Review:
We scheduled a reservation to have a trailer hitch installed at 8:00 in the morning. We were told it would take 1 - 1 1/2 hours for insulation. Because it was an hour drive to the facility I decided to wait. The U Haul facility does not have a waiting area for customers. I waited outside in 90 + degrees for over 3 hours. The manager explained 8:00 was just the time of your dropoff not the time of your installation. Everyone knows it works just like a mechanic. My mechanic does not work that way. Ugh!
