Truck Rental at U-Haul

This place is a scam. I rented with them, and they gave me a truck on half but put in they system and documented that the truck was on full, but it was not. I never had this happen to me, so I never had to check and take pictures b4, and after.
Make sure u do. If u rent from here, the people here are dishonest. And it gets worse. The day I planned on dropping it off. I didn't have a ride by home at the time. So I could somebody from they staff to help me with a ride they said they couldn't do of course no problem. But a guy named Jackie told me that instead of being stranded, I could keep the truck until tomorrow and that he would talk to his manager about it. He indicated that I would not have to pay for the truck or the mileage, just the gas. I asked if he was for sure that this was ok. He confirmed it. So when I came back with the truck the next day. He charged me for the truck and the mileage. Now the problem is I wouldn't have accepted another day if u didn't tell me it would be free. So he flips the story in front of his manager, saying he didn't say that we can't do that he can only give me a discount. So, they practically tricked/forced me into spending more. This is a scaming business, and I won't be returning, and I will be warning others about this place.
