By far one of the best Neighborhood Uhaul Centers. Small town friendly, but still has all the modern features and always has plenty to choose from. The facility and grounds are clean and well-organized, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the products they offer are of excellent quality and well-maintained. I don't know about the current availability of their storage units, but I do rent one of the indoor climate-controlled units, and in my opinion, the rate I pay is fair for the size of the unit, especially considering the top-notch security it comes with. Hats off to management and the team who make this place one of Gearhart's best businesses. ?

Place was well stocked with everything one would need for moving.

They canceled my reservation, claiming my car was too low, even though they never even saw my vehicle. According to their website, my car was compatible with the trailer I reserved.

The U-Haul customer service employee and the manager were absolutely horrible—they were rude and dismissive from the start. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the employee flat-out refused service, saying, 'I am not giving you the trailer.'

To make matters worse, they escalated the situation by threatening to ban me from U-Haul entirely. This experience was beyond frustrating, and their lack of professionalism was shocking. I would never recommend this location to anyone!
