Review:
Sophia , the owner, just sent a letter refusing to pay stating we were 10 days late on trailer, When we showed her proof that we were there on the day to drop the trailer, she told us we were lying and said we keep her equipment on purpose.
We sent her proof of delivery and photos and she still insisted we were lying to her.
She has told our factoring she's not paying, so we are reporting her.
She also wrote a false statement on Carrier411 against because we are reporting her. This woman is abusing her power. This is her 2nd time posting and she stated if I don’t remove my review against her and don’t file a claim for non payment she will report against my company. Unfair business practices.
