Absolutely horrible. If I could give less than a star I would. They quoted me one price and charged me something different. When I confronted them about it they said the person I booked with explained it wrong. My furniture arrived damaged and when I submitted a claim they never sent my check which was hardly anything. Never using them again

Completely unethical. I canceled my moving order within reasonable time, said they were going to refund within 1 billing period, and two months later no response and no refund.

Crooks!

Damaged items, lost items, every time we called, the broker immediately switched us to someone who could not help us. We were charged far more than quoted price. We were switched to another mover with no notice. So unprofessional! Months of trying to be compensated to be offered what is an insult! HIGHLY SUGGEST USE A DIFFERENT MOVER!

Traumatic is all I can say. Read your contract. They subbed out my move to a third party movers who then would not deliver my furniture unless I paid them an additional $2k in cash. Now three months later I find that my credit has been hacked and someone has opened an account for $7500.00 and spent it without my knowledge. The account was opened on 11/08/2022 and not a coincidence my move was on 11/07/2022.
OMG.. absolutely traumatic.. Going with a POD if I ever move again. Just hire someone help pack and unpack.

Find any other company to move with! This company is an absolute disaster. Despite a great sales team that said you will never be uncharged, they are local and never outsource, and that my sales rep would be my 'move councilor' for all my needs. They took over 45 days to move (after telling me my stuff would be there in 3 days! I changed plans and flew to the destination to meet them), they only took cash, they outsourced 2 times, they uncharged for everything, they held my items hostage on the truck until I paid more, many of the items arrived damaged, they delivered numerous boxes of someone else's stuff, and when I tried to seek damaged all insurance claims were denied after months of waiting. I called hundreds of times and they never returned a single phone call, I filed with Better Business asking them to respond and they never did. DO NOT MOVE WITH True American Van Lines!
