SCAM ALERT - it’s time to open lawsuits against this company

This company is a nightmare to deal with. Our stuff was picked up from our home in FL to be moved to UT on 11/18. Our agreed and signed on delivery date was 11/30. Called several times after the 30th to see how close our stuff was. It didn't leave FL until the week of the Dec 5th. We didn't receive it until 12/13. Three days after their guaranteed twenty-one day delivery and two weeks from our agreed delivery date. This entire time we could not get ahold of dispatch, and the office hadn't a clue where the truck was. They put our stuff in storage and didn't have the decency to tell us because it was never supposed to be put in storage, and once delivered, some of of stuff never arrived. I'm missing my work desk,
and my partner is missing the legs to his work table. Who knows where those ended up. Then there was the great debacle with the moving truck. The driver never received the delivery location. He only knew he was heading to SLC, UT. We had to give him our address. To make matters worse, the truck the used to haul everything was a semi that by no means could fit in our parking lot. We were told that we would have to pay for them to unload the semi to upload it to a small box truck. When asked why our stuff was not left on the box truck it was originally loaded on to, we were told box trucks aren't logistically feasible to travel cross country. Tell me how that makes sense when people rent Uhauls to do the exact same thing with no issues. There is absolutely no sense in how this company is still in business, and I deeply regret using them. As I said in the beginning, ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!
