Extremely pleased with my True Care experience. We scheduled about a month out. There was no rescheduling and they guys were on site early the day of my move. They were professional and careful not to damage the home I was leaving or moving into. I was very pleased with the working speed and their professionalism. I will definitely be a return customer for my moving needs.

Crew showed up on time as scheduled, I needed kitchen, garage and laundry room packed up. Thought everything was going well but when started unpacking boxes there was one thing in a whole box things not packed very efficiently and they kind of have up and didn't pack some pics at all

I called two days ahead of time to ask for help unloading a moving truck. They got my information and told me that they would have someone help. When the truck arrived, I called asking where they were and no one answered. I called 6-8 times and no one answered. I finally got a call back and they told me that they didn't have me booked. smh. Im just glad i didnt give them any money up front
