True Care Movers and Deep Cleaning, LLC

I hired True Care to help me move. I packed all of the boxes and had everything organized and ready to be moved. I rented a uhaul and the only thing I needed from them was to load all of my boxes and furniture in to the uhaul. I ended up paying $400 for 2.5 hours of labor (which is fine). When I called they had said 4 guys would be there to help but only 3 showed up! Two guys actually moved my stuff while one stood in the uhaul the whole time, I assumed he was arranging my stuff organized and nicely. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case! When we arrived to unload I noticed most things were just shoved and stacked unevenly and quite a few things broken! Some boxes were even packed into the uhaul UPSIDE DOWN. I have a list of several things broken including; glass dinner table in 3 pieces, glass end tables shattered, baby crib didn’t get taken apart so was split in half, 40 inch smart Tv BENT, brand new Samsung washer had 2 legs broken off, as well as other damage! So of course I called and was very polite, letting them know what had happened and that I had taken pictures. The lady was kind and said she would file an incident report and get back with Me. Well she never did, in fact I called back 3-4 times with absolutely no reply. So basically I got screwed out of some furniture and I had to go buy new. Ended up costing me well over $1000. Do not recommend.

I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a outstanding, professional, and friendly moving company! Handled my possessions with care and were quick! Highly recommend!
