Estimate late, and the late again. Wrong email address given. Estimate way way too high over $3500- with $1100 for insurance? I chose another mover.

Everything went perfect coming out to see what was needed loading and placement the new place great experience

They were recommended by a friend. Must have got a different team. Owner did a physical walk through, he was told and shown what we needed moved. Quote listed 4 folks only sent 3. Crew complained at onset they had no pre information. Couldn't move dinning room chairs, outside furniture, or rugs as discussed. Told not enough room. Told there would be 4th person to unload, one additional did arrive but 1 original left for his 'other job'. My family helped unload boxes and furniture. They did discount for damage to dinning room table. Sarah is very personable and pleasant even when my displeasure was obvious. Had asked for Chandler, the owner, to call me to discuss charges, he never called. Not a professional moving company. Had many moves over my military career, this would not compare. Would not recommend.

This crew is professional, timely and trustworthy. Had a great experience and would recommend them to friends.
