TrueNorth Moving Company & Storage LLC

I moved to Pullman from Connecticut and was looking for some movers to unload the truck. From the start, TrueNorth was fantastic. Great communication, a quote for the move weeks in advance with a breakdown of the costs, and they were flexible with the move time when I had to change things.

The movers themselves were wonderful. Polite, fun to talk to, and hard working. They showed up early and got everything into my new apartment in nearly half the estimated time, which also meant I was ultimately charged less than the original quoted amount.

All in all, this company is a lot of bang for your buck in my experience, I would happily recommend them to anyone moving in the area, and I will absolutely use them again for my next move.

I would never recommend this company! They are very unprofessional and don't even contact you at the right email address. That's what happened to me and then they put somebody else in my time slot, telling me I didn't confirm the appointment time with them through email after the owner admittedly Send it to the wrong email address. In the meantime, I had been trying to contact him for 3 days, to no avail, to let him know that I didn't get the confirmation email. They admittedly emailed the information to the wrong address and wouldn't take responsibility for it! We had already waited 4 days in a hotel room waiting for their help And wouldn't make time for us for another 4 days. I will never do business with this company after that experience. I also heard very bad things about this company after this experience, Nothing good from anyone and they are also overpriced! I would NEVER recommend Chandler's or his company, TrueNorth Moving! For us, it was a true South experience, straight to hell!

TrueNorth moved my family within the PNW and I could not be happier with the results. Chandler and the team of movers were professional and courteous throughout. Our stuff was safe for the whole trip and the cost was reasonable. Chandler knows what he is doing and will give you the personal care and attention you may not get from a larger chain. Highly recommended!
