T&T Moving and Packing - Statesboro

Clay and Logan were awesome. I booked this move only 24 hours ahead. I was amazed at how quickly they responded. They arrived on time and my daughter’s furniture was handled with care even with it being moved from the third floor without an elevator. I really recommend this company.

T&T did a great job moving me place to place. They were fast, efficient, and professional. They took great care for my items. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Communication was spotty. I had to call and leave messages and wait for a call back after initial deposit was made. Kind of felt like the sale was the culmination of the event. They misscheduled me a couple of times, but did show up (late) on the date of the move. They did not have wardrobe boxes - I thought this would be a staple for and packing company, but I guess not. The guys who actually completed the move (in state, but long distance) did a good job.

My biggest frustration is that I had been given a binding estimate. My understanding from previous moves is that a binding estimate includes everything from packing materials to labor, to load king and unloading. No extras and no hidden fees. Well, this was not the case! Thank God I had packed virtually everything myself! The movers supplied two mattress boxes and three tv boxes and stretch wrap and I was charged an additional $300+ for these materials!

I did communicate with them after the move to challenge this price increase, but they did not make it right. Also, they required payment before unloading, so I felt kind of stuck paying even though I felt it not right.

I've given them almost a month to fix it, but they haven't so here's my review. I hope they fix it, and if they do I will amend my review.

Fantastic experience with T&T! Booked semi-last minute and they were more than willing to help and for a reasonable price. They were on time, communicative, and handled our belongs with such care. The guys were very friendly and respectful. Cannot recommend enough!

Daniel and James were amazing! They worked steady the entire day. Took very good care of furniture. Highly recommend them!
