Had problem after problem with picking up and dropping of a U-Haul rental at this location, but the employees of T&T helped me out immensely when I was stuck on hold with U-Haul in his parking lot. They went out of their way to contact U-Haul and actually told me what the issue was with my reservation despite U-Haul being tight lipped about it.
