Tucker Road Self Storage

Having had our unit here for over 3 years now, we could not be more pleased with the service, the facility & the fair price we receive! This is a locally owned business who communicates promptly & always respectfully, & did not charge us to cut a lock when our key was lost. You deal with a local staff who is aware of your unit, not a remote staff. We were given a fee waiver for some rental months during the pandemic. The unit and surrounding space is consistently clean, and any issues are always promptly & professionally addressed (such as an outage during a storm). For our work & personal storage, we feel comfortable keeping our business with this company. It's in a great location and the traffic is minimal, while we have easy access to the facility.
With many options out there, we highly recommend Tucker Road Self Storage.

I was pretty pleased, but after the constant cost increases (I've been patient; I understand the cost of everything has gone up) and having just increased, on very little notice a random requirement to add insurance and either find it myself on a short deadline or have what amounts to another monthly increase for what is already expensive. It's more expensive than it's worth, and the lack of notice is inconsiderate, feeling more like a money grab than good business. It is overburdened its usefulness and creating more stress than it's worth recently, and I'll be closing my unit as soon as possible after being a tenant for years.

Great people and easy to work with. My son and his family moved back down here last month and TRSS really offered us a great price and made us feel welcome. The experience was quick, easy, and friendly!

I've rented units in several locations but this is the 'Best EVER!!!' This is my 4th + year renting and I'm very pleased.
Everything the ad says about this facility is 100% true. Clean, friendly, no flood area, easy access, secure and Theresa is so nice and handles everything professionally and always with a smile. I would, and have, highly recommended Tucker Road Self Storage to family, friends and happy to share my experience with the public. Hello Everyone! Good day 2 u all. It is with great delight I share my experience with Tucker Road Storage and Ms. Brenda! In two words......Beyond wonderful!!!! Ms.Brenda was very curteous and helpful. She helped me 2 find the right size of unit for my belongings and my budget!! I would definitely recommend this place above all the others! The security one must pass in order 2 get in should give one enough piece of mind knowing their belongings they have worked so hard for are well taken care. There are plenty of security cameras as well!! I rest easy knowing my stuff is well guarded. Very affordable very clean and very friendly!! Outstanding customer service! You have made a life long customer out of me and mine! The only storage we will ever use in Liberal Ks!! Thank You so much especially after a long night and long morning u made the rest of my day wonderful! May the good lord bless that beautiful warm caring heart of yours Ms Brenda!!
