Company is very unprofessional that wanted to me move out because I got off work one night and slept in my truck in front of the unit. I informed them that I wanted a copy of my lease; it was given to me and they attempted to alter it by telling me I can’t have 24 hour access although I got off work at 4:30am and needed access to my unit daily. Also, I thought that was the purpose of having 24 hour accessibility. Meanwhile, I attempted to come to an agreement with the office manager as well as the district manager and they claimed they spoke with the owner and the owner did not want me to continue my contract. I immediately got a moving truck and it just so happens that the movers truck is also connected to the same business entity although it is U-Haul and the manager hasn’t been here since 3:00pm. My U-Haul was scheduled to be picked up at 3:15pm. I have since got a full refund from U-Haul and she still has not arrived back to work. Now maybe I was in the wrong as a customer, but the level of professionalism demonstrated is beyond me. I have been waiting on this U-Haul now for 30 minutes and the business establishment doesn’t even close until 5:00pm. Who does business like that. I thought the customer came first in business service when they don’t directly negate rules and regulations. I was given a warning, the police was called and I was terminated from my contract in the first offense and I was never even given a copy of my lease. This is a warning. This may not be the best place to store your property. Seems to me as if they want to keep mines. If they wanted me out so bad why am I not able to leave now. Why is the property manager not on the property. Asa a matter of fact before I asked for the lease I was even told that I wouldn’t be allowed on the property without the property manager being present until I removed my belongings.
